PTSD from Plea Bargains

Dr. Sanjay Ferris

Due to the effects of plea bargaining upon the brain of the patient such as going through a traumatic experience we see a large amount of patients develop ptsd as a consequence of plea bargaining. A Recent study observed plea bargainings effect on the brain of the individual and we found a startling 87% of plea bargaining defendants received either a minor or slight neurological or mental disturbance such as PTSD affect their brains for not just hours but even up to years, even permanent damage can possibly occur as we saw with Milo Carni. Carni plead guilty to sexual assault hoping to receive a lesser charge of from castration to a year in prison. Due to this occasion before even entering prison he develop PTSD and killed himself in prison three days later. To us this is clear indication of the obvious negative affects of plea bargaining thus it needs to be abolished.”
